COVID-19 Policies

The health and safety of our guests remains our top priority.  Following the pandemic, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures to add another layer of protection for our guests.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public areas every 2 hours.

The hotel will be providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel as soon as they become available. We are educating our Team Members with the most up to date information regarding prevention and precautionary measures as directed by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO).

Team Members that are feeling sick are not able to report to work and must provide a negative COVID-19 test result to return to work.  We are also closely monitoring guests and will not allow any guest that appears sick to check into the hotel.

Employees are re-trained in proper hand washing and we are collectively increasing the frequency of hand washing and sanitizing (Washing hands with soap and hot water for 20 seconds).  Hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol is plentiful for Team Members and guests in between hand washing.  

All Team Members were re-trained in cleaning our guest rooms to further reduce the transmission of COVID-19, including our hospital-grade cleaning chemicals, handling the disposal of guest trash, handling linen, sanitizing all surfaces and eliminating all collateral in the room.  The hotel will be using an electrostatic sprayer to sanitize the room as soon as the machines are available.  The room will be sealed once the room is sanitized until the next guest arrives.

Guests and Team Members are required to wear face masks in all public areas.  These are provided to guests at check-in.  Barriers separate the Team Member from the guest in the lobby for another layer of protection.
