Taking the El from O'Hare

Taking the Blue Line from the airport couldn't get much easier. It'll cost you five dollars, take about 45 minutes, and potentially spare you from an hour of bumper to bumper rush hour traffic between ORD and Kinzie Hotel.

If you're traveling light, you can easily walk from the Blue Line in about eight minutes. However, if you have lots of luggage, you may want to hail a cab, which should cost about five dollars.

Once you've gotten all of your luggage at ORD:

Taking the El from Midway

Getting to Kinzie Hotel from MDW is just as easy. Unlike Blue Line trains from ORD, Orange Line trains from MDW only cost $2.25, and the trip will take about forty minutes from the platform to our front desk.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the State & Lake Orange Line stop. If you have lots of bags, you should have no trouble finding a quick cab or Uber for around five dollars.

Once you've gotten all of your luggage at MDW:
